Parkton Drone Services is licensed as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) company by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to conduct commercial drone operations. 

The FAA authorizes licensed remote pilots to fly under a separate set of rules and regulations (Part 107) versus that of the recreational drone operator. This allows the licensed pilot to fly in spaces that are normally restricted at the recreational level.
